Only the most deserving serial killers can be honored with this.

Maybe it would be better to do it once every 2-3 nights, but with a 100% chance? Otherwise, I think ND is useless.

Based on my experience, I can say that such an ND can be done without any restrictions. However, the question is: does the player choose the target for the repeated ND? Or is it applied randomly? Or to the same target?
