Okay, let's break it down with a simple example.

1) At the start of the game on the highest difficulty, there's a town near your capital with a single Orcish Khan. Which hero will allow you to capture it without losses or stress on days 1, 2, or 3? Logically, there are two options: Banshee and Baroness. Both can paralyze. But the Baroness has an advantage with 10% higher accuracy and the "Flight" ability.
Conclusion: Baroness > Banshee

2) The "Flight" ability applies to the hero and all Legion leaders, except for thieves. This increases their speed.

3) The Incubus is overpowered. With its accuracy exceeding that of the Shadow and Succubus, it will petrify everyone. It's been observed that the more units there are, the more accurate it becomes. Fighting against Medusa on the highest difficulty isn't very pleasant. If you don't manage to eliminate a warrior quickly, your squad is doomed. The same applies to the Incubus. Playing as the Shadow, I've seen it miss all its attacks (!) three times. This has never happened with the Incubus.

4) Creatures with immunity to mind control disrupt the Hordes' strategy. Demons, however, are not particularly affected by mind control immunity. And how much earth immunity is there?

5) In terms of survivability, demons are stronger. The total HP of all units of both races (excluding summoned creatures, leaders, and guardians): 5925 (demons) versus 4960 (undead).
