The game started very well; on the first week Angels were built, along with two decent Necromancers. I thought I had an excellent starting hand, but it turned out I was very mistaken — 100 Dragon Flies were certainly shocking. The critical mistake was the decision, after taking the last Dragon Utopia (in which I never found КЗ), to go to what turned out to be an empty center rather than collecting Pandora's Boxes in the far corners of the Treasure. As the post-mortem revealed, the very, very fifth location had a Pandora's Box containing all the Town. Combined with two days I lost foolishly — the first because I couldn't afford to buy the ГГ with full MP after the speed boost, the second because of a timer wasted under Expert due to a stupid blunder, days which I could have spent collecting Harpies and other junk on the way to the victory box. Indeed, having twice as much mana in the Firebird and a Titan's Cuirass granting +10 SP (which I replaced unnecessarily with the Dragon Armor set piece because of the Cloak of Rejection, making the cuirass redundant), along with an HP advantage, everything could have turned out completely differently.

And of course, the stat-boosting artifacts and Dragon Fly Hives thrown to my opponent were significantly better... The deciding factor was me having only two playable Treasures against my opponent's three. Although, as I said, if I hadn't made the string of mistakes I listed, everything would have been different even despite that.
