Voting on whether to ban the mapmaker and the Fortress faction.

It would be better if, instead of simply removing them, something else was generated in their place, so that the value wouldn't be lost.... Otherwise, what's the point?

When objects are removed from zaobjts.txt (or whatever this file is called in the Conflux editor), the value doesn't disappear; it's filled with other objects from the same range.
