For L-U and with weak monsters (!), 6 minutes with battles is more than enough, so something like 8-4-2 would be optimal, in my opinion. In principle, the initial 8 minutes can be increased to 16 to make it comfortable to play during the first week. Saturday night to Sunday night - is that 22:00 Moscow time to 06:00 Moscow time? P.S. I think that the issue of collusion will be one of the most discussed topics at the tournament.
