This is a very interesting idea, and I've wanted to diversify the heroes for a while, but EWA doesn't offer what I need. Basically, I'd like to know if there's a way to get a trial version of what's already available? I really want to play and see what it's like.

I will publish a fresh version of the duel part of the mod in the next few weeks. As for playing on the map, it's still too raw (in the sense that a lot still needs to be done).

Are there archers that aren't ranged? The word "long-range" implies a long distance, not just any distance.

Even in different factions. Avoiding repetitions and minimizing "similarities" is one of the main ideas of the mod. I tried to incorporate maximum differences into the units themselves, and the same applies to the names.
Will there be any suggestions for the Storm Titans? In my opinion, it's hard to find a more suitable epithet, especially since they were originally called that (in English) - Storm Titan.

The term "patron" itself does not imply an angel; a person can also be a patron. Also, an angel is not obliged to fulfill such a function.

Maybe so. A "patron" in itself may not be worse than a "viceroy," but there are already Seraphim-saviors, which makes them similar in their role.
