Poll regarding the Rules: Mullich, Mages, Fortress on the Hill.

1. Sir Müllich. Even +1 speed makes a huge difference. And if he also has two artifacts, +1 and +2 to speed, then... Let him level up, let him "slash" through neutrals, treasuries, and Dragon Utopia, but attacking heroes is forbidden (perhaps the attacker should take the risk themselves)
2. For mages to rule, the red orb needs to be banned, possibly the cloak of renunciation as well, and then another poll should be conducted on this point.
3. Haven't tasted it, haven't encountered it in these two months. However, a restriction only to built-up areas is quite fair.
