Everything is constantly changing, and Heroes is no exception:
1) Unban.
2) Ban (I think using spells without proper preparation isn't very good).
3) Unban (why not, upgrading units along the way to the opponent).

I disagree))) Mages are already not popular, and this at least gives them a chance to become viable. And everyone uses scrolls...

Scrolls have been banned due to their very low value for the generator. Getting level 5 magic by killing 100 pikemen is just too easy. Level 4 specialists are a different story, and there's a reason for banning them, but only on small maps, like M, Panic L-U, maybe Balance L-U.

1. Sir Müllich. Even +1 speed makes a huge difference. And if he also has two artifacts, +1 and +2 to speed, then... Let him level up, let him "slash" through neutrals, treasuries, and Dragon Utopia, but attacking heroes is forbidden (perhaps the attacker should take the risk themselves)

I agree) but I'll repeat again that without a Grand Mage, only specialists are used, and only by experienced players. For everyone else, it's either a book or Pandora, along with good map awareness. Skill and scrolls shouldn't be enough.

With a Fortress on a hill, there are potential exploits that are difficult to track. For example, upgrading Angels in the Fortress before capturing a Utopia can be done before building the same troops in the city. This is just one example that comes to mind. There could also be random troop upgrades or upgrades of forbidden troops. Therefore, the wording regarding permissions needs to be carefully considered, or the use of such a building should be restricted on specific map templates. And the capabilities of the AI player in this regard should not be underestimated.

I strongly support all of the new rules, especially considering Mullich.
