The Hunger Games

Please tell me, will this rule, "Players can agree on a convenient time, but if they cannot reach an agreement, the critical time for the game is the night from Saturday to Sunday of the first week," change? I would gladly participate in such a tournament, but if a common time cannot be found, I won't be able to play at night. Perhaps you could make the game time mandatory for the evening of the weekend?
