NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Changed:
- All heroes in the selection list are now in alphabetical order;
- Some specializations and mod scripts have been reworked (more readable, hero coefficients moved out);
- Biographies of some heroes have been added;
- A check has been added for the map launch mode (thanks to RedHeavenHero);
- The mod description has been improved, and in particular, all heroes are described (files are in the archive with the mod);
- To test performance, several heroes have been disabled for this build (list in the archive with the mod).
