Not that it's very useful, but there are universal actions in the game that are available to everyone:
Strike 4 Action Points, damage 8-12 (physical), critical: 15 (physical) – an attack that is available to characters without weapons. But it's better not to use it if possible.
First Aid – applied once after a battle, restores 20 health points.
