I haven't encountered that. Try reducing the speed in the settings, perhaps... And it should be noted that it's not necessarily a bad thing; the animations are interesting to watch at first, but then you'll still want to save time. Otherwise, you set the speed to maximum, but the heroes don't move instantly; they take a couple of seconds to think, and that's a shame.
