I installed the game through the administrator profile. Or did I misunderstand something?

This is not straightforward for everyone, except for Microsoft, but logging in with an administrator profile does not necessarily mean that applications are running as administrator. You need to go to the shortcut properties and check the corresponding box. Or right-click on the shortcut and select "Run as administrator."
