I can’t get the super ability.

This is only possible if you have a few more skills to the right, then it's clear that the Special Ability (SA) won't be visible behind them.

It's not that I've downloaded a lot of Heroes games to test the SA... But, from my humble observation, the SA has a higher priority than any other skill, and it's granted immediately after the conditions are met, so to speak, out of turn. Maybe I'm wrong, but I haven't seen any exceptions.

I read somewhere that the SA requires level 30. Could this be the problem?
