Golem evolution.

Oh, I remember when I first saw the golems in the fifth installment... No, but it's something else, I really liked them. No offense to the golems from other installments, of course. The drawing doesn't fully capture them; you need to see them in the game, with their animations. And in the third game, the golems are interesting because there are many of them.
For the sixth installment, there's also a good golem art, let's see how it will be in the game. For now, a plus for the unit's external power, and a minus for being too generic.
