This is an aerial, not an afterlife, level.

Considering that heroes are immortal by nature, an afterlife level cannot exist by definition. But the fact that a hero who was killed in battle can immediately be hired in a tavern (using the hero-resurrection spell) is also not entirely correct. Let him stay in heaven for a while, at least – he can still be of some use.
