Great ideas, the only BUT is that moving/destroying/creating towns isn't a very good idea.

Yes, you could also add a new resource - stone - which is mined in quarries. After all, in Heroes, a huge number of buildings are made of stone, but, unfortunately, there is no resource for it.
Ore is both iron and stone.
