Ah, of course. If you're playing Heroes of Might and Magic in online multiplayer, disable Hamachi and whatever else you have installed.
Also, be sure to set network priority. Again, in the network settings, press Alt or Shift (I don't remember exactly, I hate Heroes 7) and in the properties - advanced settings, put the desired setting at the very top.
