The small white dots on the green background represent Jewish settlements that were welcomed as guests and given refuge in Palestine – and this is how they show their gratitude?

Hmm, interesting! So, it turns out that Jews are guests in Israel! And their historical homeland is obviously Odessa :D I can just imagine Jews from all over the world coming to this city to make a pilgrimage to the statue of Catherine the Great (that's what they'll call the monument) :)
