Took 1 respawn, opponent didn't take one.
At the start, 50+ dwarves block the exit from the castle, behind them a sword +2+2. Broke through with loss of meatshields, we play.

111-114 - resource gathering, Kirya actively fights and levels up. I take 2 crypts, a nix of elves, 2 nixes of dwarves. Scouts intercept various chests. Level 2 was at the start, I decide that a crowd of gr dwarves will be useful and upgrade them. In fights, Kirya grabs Earth.
115-117 - I break through to a secondary town, burn a portal for 50+ swords, take the dwarf dwelling (20 with GS), money 10k. Nearby is also a Naga Bank (3-4 with GS), won't touch it yet. Home: 1-6 in the citadel.
121 - Hire a hero in the castle, deliver Grands and Horns. Mage Guild in the secondary (didn't get Slow) - money suddenly ran out. I decide to first break through the portal, then think about the Naga Bank. The Swordsmen turned out to be kind and died with the loss of Tier 1s, but behind them were 15 Scorpicores. Time was running out, I decided to save seconds and didn't position safely. As a result, the only Scorpicore that reached paralyzed the Horns, which were meant to be a screen for the Elves helping the Dwarves, after which it professionally slaughtered the Tier 1s blocking the Elves and trapped them. At that moment, I thought it would have been better to spend the seconds and split the Dwarves into 2 stacks. But what's done is done... -8 Grands, 1 Horn, about 10 Dwarves and Tier 1s. Captured the secondary dungeon, entered the panorama. The zone is completely empty; one exit has 5+ Fire Birds, the other has 10+ Nagas. And from the Nagas, it's 2 steps to the opponent's secondary zone behind 20+ mines. The edge of a red village is visible.
122 - The opponent breaks through the mines with Clavius and rides him towards his village, while his scout runs along the path past the Nagas. I don't have time to see the army, only see that Clavius is on Champions. A tough choice - rush to the opponent's secondary in hopes that Clavius is there replenishing mana (but what if the whole army is there and Kirya looks like an idiot?), or just kill the scouts, or take the Naga Bank and then rush with the whole mob. I check the Tavern and see that the opponent's strongest hero is the scout that left. I decide to take the secondary, especially since Ciele is in the Tavern. It would be nice to hire her and kill the scouts with her archery + reconnaissance. I approach the secondary, there are about 100 Skeletons on a scout nearby. I kill them, attack the secondary, and there is Clavius on a Champion. I kill him.
123-125 The opponent chains his army back to his respawn. I finish off the remaining scouts and capture another of the opponent's secondary towns. Kirya runs to the main castle; there sits almost zero Valya with an army. Next to the castle is a Griffin Conservatory. I stand on it, 3-4 with GS. Meanwhile, I remember that the speed of Gr Griffins transfers turn). Next turn I take it (Tier 3), put an Angel in the slot opposite the opponent's Arbalests, and attack the castle. The main suspense was about "will the Angel die or not?". But the Angel really wanted to live, and the tower really didn't want to shoot it. Otherwise, too big an advantage in stats and army, I win at the cost of almost all Elves. Surrender follows.
