On the left is Kaspar, and on the right is Balthazar (in my vision)

In general, with such a comparison, I start to think that the Balthazar icon has a right to exist, BUT! only if pupils appear in his eyes, because the white spot is the main thing that makes them similar; it is more important here than the beard and everything else.
