I didn't analyze all the Heroes so that it would be clearer what happened on the
last turn.

I hid everyone who could be hidden in Fortresses. I didn't hide Celt and didn't even lead him into a Fortress, but he still had 1 turn to enter the Conflux Fortress. So, after I destroyed it, he just stood there, because I needed to move other units to take his troops and artifacts. Then, two jumpers are sitting in the Barbarian Fortress in the lower right corner, where the ambush was. And another boatman is by the shore.

When Celt destroyed the Conflux, this Hero, Dessa, was already in the boat, and he had defeated the Wyvern there a few turns earlier. This Dessa opened the Castle and took the cloak and passed it to the shore to the Hero, who, in the same turn, attacked the spawning Naga and fled. I bought him in another place, in the city of Ariel, where the Titans are, and I built a Merchant of artifacts there later. Then, the jumpers joined the action.

They passed everything to those who needed it, artifacts to the Merchant, and all the troops were dragged to the lower right Fortress, where you already had the necessary building for recruiting troops for minerals.

I won the battle for the Conflux with approximately the following troops:

Upgraded Liches = 708 (Celt surrendered on the neutral island)

Upgraded Vampires approximately = 1250 (Celt surrendered there as well, unupgraded, he already had approximately 60 unupgraded, I upgraded them later in Hacker's Fortress)

I won the final battle against Mangus calmly without losses (didn't lose a single skeleton). After killing everyone, I cast Blind on the Fairies and then restored the whole group with Raise Dead, Celt had a lot of things, and then the Vampires easily defeated the Fairies. Before going to the battle with the Conflux, Celt went to some Fortress with Black Dragons and replenished and doubled his mana, so everything was in order.
