I'll add my two cents: people sometimes superficially judge the Bible, especially when it comes to the Old Testament. In reality, it is difficult (I would say, impossible) to find anything nonsensical there if you delve into each phrase, understand its deep meaning, and perhaps even work on the Greek version, as it is sometimes easier to understand than the translation into Russian. The main thing is not to take everything literally.
