Tournaments "New Year's" - Orc Campaign

This tournament seems a bit strange to me. Does anyone else think that the player with the better artifacts will most likely win? Oh, and leadership also matters; everyone will choose a Warrior, no one will play as a Mage because their leadership is lower. The difficulty level is unclear. Although, I don't have time for tournaments anyway, I confess.
