Removal of moderation privileges from inactive moderators.

HoM[M]ie, as far as I know, manages some kind of online ranking system there. And he took over this responsibility from VisTrit some time ago.

I agree, there is such a topic, it is important and necessary, HoM[M]ie's role in the sub-section is clear and relevant, now we just need to figure out the roles of the others.
