It seems some players don't realize the seriousness of their situations and delays in games. Well, we will take action. From **11.12.2012**, additional clauses are being added to "The system of agreements between players within the tournament rules": **2.4.1** Players who cannot finish their games within the allotted time must report the reasons in the forum thread in as much detail as possible, at least 24 hours before the deadline. It is necessary to find any means of notification (including through other players). The information from points 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 of this agreement must be indicated. **2.4.2** Failure to notify will be considered a refusal to do so (negligence, which is an aggravating factor). A technical result will be assigned. **2.4.3** An exception to subparagraph 2.4.2 is when the game is saved. The last chance to finish the game will be a MANDATORY date set by the organizer when distributing the stage of the tournament. Non-appearance on the make-up date will be considered a technical defeat, regardless of the history of problems with the game's arrangements, if they have not previously resulted in a technical result. **2.4.4** The established mandatory make-up date comes into effect if the players fulfill points 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4
