Kostya, what offline tournament are you talking about? When will it take place? What are you talking about? Everything will be clarified separately from this, and I perfectly know in whose favor it will turn out.
I just don't understand Vigo's logic:

Well, let's say that the majority votes for you; actually, this won't surprise me – many people don't want to get involved and simply feel sorry for punishing someone, no matter what they do; many know Vigo in real life and don't want to spoil their relationship with him; Qwerty will bring his entire clan, etc. It doesn't really matter.
