If a person has accumulated 99 points, they will most likely receive their next point, even if it's not for off-topic content.

I received a large number of points in 2009, and I could easily be banned permanently for receiving just one unfortunate point for the same off-topic content, even after three or four years.
This only encourages people to create clones and engage in many other similar activities. If a person maintains an interest in the forum, that's actually a good thing. And I can say for sure that such people are much more beneficial to the forum than those who visit it once every few months, or even less frequently.
If necessary, it is enough to block the account for a certain period of time, and that's all.
