I would suggest assigning penalty points for the following violations:
4.5. - (For creating duplicate topics on the forum) 4.6. - (For a message containing flame) 4.7. - (For a message containing trolling) 4.9. - (For any direct or indirect insults towards users, third parties, or organizations) 4.15. - (For addressing other users using nicknames different from their original ones, in case the user does not like this type of address)
Regarding points 4.1. - 4.4: it's unclear whether anyone will bother with the calculations (and how should it be counted: in characters?).
