Your only problem here is with those who play in tournaments. I sometimes have the same problem in fun matches, but that's not the main point. No one forces you to play with those who use buggy versions of HD, giving them advantages, or with those who don't use HD at all.

I mentioned tournament games because in fun matches, you can simply refuse to play with someone who "doesn't suit" you, including because they don't want to use the new mod. And regarding the fact that everyone should be in the same conditions – that's true. But when one of the players stubbornly refuses to keep up with the times, something needs to be done, in my opinion.
