One for all, and all for one!

Not much has been written while I was away :)

So, the playoff bracket has finally been determined. The "Sakharki" team rounded out the top 8 teams.

Information on playoff games has been added to page 1

1. Playoff games are played up to two TEAM wins (final up to 3) by one team over another. Each individual player in the playoff table is marked with a corresponding color for the 1st game, which indicates who starts choosing templates! In the second game, players swap selection rights.

2. Each single team match is considered complete if 2 players from one of the teams win against their opponents. Playing the 3rd game is not mandatory (you can play it for the season rating).

3. In playoff matches, as in the group stage, games are conducted based on seeding:

- The 1st seed player (captain) of one team plays against the 1st seed player (captain) of the opposing team.
- The 2nd seed player of one team plays against the 2nd seed player of the opposing team.
- The 3rd seed player of one team plays against the 3rd seed player of the opposing team.

4. In the event of a draw after two team games (1-1), a 3rd game is played according to the following analogy:

- Templates that have been vetoed by both players are crossed out. If the players' vetoes coincide, then only 1 template is crossed out!

- Then players take turns crossing out templates until only one remains, which will be used for the game. The same player from the team marked in BLUE color in the team confrontation in the playoff table starts the crossing out (regardless of the player's own color)

- AFTER EACH SUBJECTIVE RESTART, COLORS ARE SWAPPED (applicable only to the 3rd game).

Attention!

If any of the participants started a game according to rules that do not match the playoff regulations (specifically template selection) - it's okay. Finish the game, and conduct the second game in a mirrored format (i.e., you swap selection and start rights). In the 3rd deciding game and further through the tournament, follow the rules written above.

There will be no one-off extensions in the playoffs. Here you have a specific opponent for a specific period of time. Captains, keep your finger on the pulse; all possible problems must be reported to me as soon as possible (if I am not online in ICQ or Skype, write via PM on the forum).

To resolve issues, it is proposed and introduced:
"System of agreements between players within tournament rules
[/U]" (Max's agreement):
(the rules will be edited as new features of the agreements are identified. In the future, the system will grow and cover all new life situations)[/CENTER]

1) After the post is published (the sooner the better, and from the next tournament I will introduce a "5-day rule"), players are obliged to find out from each other on which days and at what time they can play, describe time intervals, etc. Informativeness is welcome.

2) Agree on a game for a specifically defined day at a specifically defined time. Also, in case of force majeure circumstances, it is necessary to agree on the time of a repeat meeting (or completion of the match).

There are situations where one player has a large amount of time for games, while the opponent's is limited to a minimum. One player constantly writes suggestions to the other to play at a time inconvenient for the second. Then this active player says that they wrote a hundred times, but that one time when the opponent could, "I" couldn't. All spontaneous suggestions to play (without prior discussion and agreement on a specific day) are not counted against the less active player as a condemning factor, but if the player does not respond at all, activity will be considered when making decisions.

3) If one player can state their approximate time for games and the other cannot, then the first must name a time, and the second is obliged to adapt! If adapting is impossible immediately during the agreements - this must be reported to the organizer and judges. If the message about this arrives at the end of the game deadlines and the organizer or judges have not found (for some reason) a solution, a technical defeat is given to the party that was supposed to adapt.

4) If both players cannot state an exact time for the game in advance, they must indicate reasons why it is impossible to agree on a specific time. These situations are considered on an individual basis, but those who do not contact the organizers (judges) are considered the passive party of the opposing players, which will be taken into account when making a decision.

5) In the event that the players or one of the players do not know how to proceed or how to find time for the game (taking into account interpersonal communication), they must contact the tournament organizers or judges and provide the full log of messages during the agreements. A game date will be appointed based on these. The interpretation of messages by the organizers (judges) will be the only correct one. Disagreement can only be contested by bringing the proceedings to the Appeals Commission (АК).

P.S.: I want to set everything straight immediately. Those who do not understand the wording are asked to reach out with questions for clarification (this especially concerns team captains, whom I ask to convey these rules to their players). Of course, try to get answers to your questions in PMs so as not to clutter the thread.

Message from Vigo:
I ask that my team be left in the tournament! The АК's claims against me, whether justified or not, proven or mere conjecture - this should not affect the team! The guys tried and are ready to keep trying! One of them can be the captain. I am sure they will manage both in terms of time and capabilities! In an extreme case, it may be possible to replace the captain if the number of players in the team contradicts the regulations.
I ask the organizers to take this into account and make a wise decision.

I can explain, of course, but player Vigo's statement regarding disqualification cannot be considered after the decision has been announced.

Your team is disbanded. You have been expelled by a decision of the АК; I have no authority to prevent this. Consent to move to another team was obtained from 'no knows me'. There were no complaints from player Oskolok.
