Yes, it strongly resembles someone's not-so-original idea. Especially these points:
* there will be the ability to build your own settlement;
* the game will feature thousands of unique models thanks to a new rendering system for everything (there won't be two identical swords, items, NPCs, or enemies);
* a new, unique combat system, with precise hits and realistic dismemberment (each battle will be a separate adventure); if you don't bandage a wound or treat a dislocated limb in time, the player's condition will worsen;
* the game will feature hunger, the need for food, water, and sleep;
* there will be the ability to kill every NPC in the game world; (this is something for immature maniacs)
* sand will be a physical object that will change based on player interaction;
It seems, what's so special about these points? Well, firstly, they are somewhat unusual for TES. It would be quite expected if one of these things were included, but all of them together... And secondly... Why would I need to interact with sand?! Am I supposed to eat it?
