Thoughts on the scenario after completing "Hammers of Fate".

I think I'm getting confused about the geography of the Griffin Heart's journey. First, it was with Nicholas, then it ended up in the Hall of Heroes, from where Agrail took it and gave it to Tieru. Biara took the heart from Tieru. Perhaps Faydaen didn't know that the Heart was with her, which is why she didn't demand it back... Then Biara-Shadia teleported Isabel to Shio using the Heart, and Zephyr teleported everyone else there... Judging by the video, the Heart teleported with them all... But how did it end up back with Biara again?
