I wouldn't want to invent situations where I wouldn't provide a counter-load, but they undoubtedly exist.
And I (and I doubt I'm the only one...) would be extremely interested to see such a situation, because in my opinion (and again, I doubt it's just my opinion), the situation "received a load - opponent requested a load - refused" looks, to put it mildly, extremely unethical.
