Questions.
1. The Moon unit started with 1 Pixie and an Archangel, and now has 5 or 6 Ancient Behemoths.
What can be done here? How can I rearrange the Pixie or something else so that the Behemoths don't get morale?

If the Fairy is level 1, there's nothing you can do. Try attacking from a different point on the map; the battle layout will be different there, and it's possible that morale won't be applied to them.

2. What's the difference if a hero is sold, compared to a situation where the hero is defeated by neutrals and flees, or does something else?

There are methods allowed by the rules of offline tournaments:
- bribe the enemy for money or simply flee
- be defeated by neutrals
And there are prohibited methods:
- die in battle with an enemy/neutrals and be bought on the same day
- dismiss the hero yourself and buy them on the same day.
So, if the hero didn't die, they can be bought on the same day.
But if they died, they can't!
