My opinion, as is evident, stems from the context, so I haven't added anything of my own. Recently, in Russia, they have been systematically "tightening the screws," restricting freedom of speech while simultaneously giving the Russian Orthodox Church more power, in order to turn the people into a mindless mob. :( The proposed bill directly contradicts the principle of freedom of speech, which is supposedly guaranteed by the Constitution. Now it will be easy to silence those who are disliked, because a reason will always be found.
I would also say: "Arrest this person immediately! His shadow has a phallic shape, which offends my religious feelings!"
