But if we're talking about the game, yes, it's impossible to capture them. Later, you'll encounter Orcish and Elven dwellings – they can't be captured either; they're just for atmosphere.
To prevent them from being misleading (since they're purely for map decoration), you can use a static object and change its appearance to a peasant's hut. That way, they won't even appear on the minimap.
