Skills for the hero!

Remove diplomacy.

I think diplomacy is necessary for any warrior; it is one of the most useful skills in the game... at the beginning, it helps to gather a decent army of various units that you don't mind losing in battle, using them to cover your main forces or sending them as "cannon fodder," and at the end, diplomacy increases your main army... possibly for free!!!!!
