Are all the artifacts in the game actually present?

The Creature Factory is likely a general term for buildings that increase the production rate of a specific tier. In the editor, it's called a 'creature factory'. The reason it goes up to level 5 is because of the Dryads. No faction has similar buildings at levels 6 and 7.
