HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

Neither the mod nor the Nagabank megapack affect or have affected anything.

When attempting to launch on VT with a patched executable for connecting a mirrored card DLL, instead of VT, The Shadow of Death launches. I tried version HD RC1. Without the mirror, VT launches normally with the mod.
What needs to be done so that connecting the mirror does not interfere with the correct operation of the mod?

The launcher does not recognize the patched VT executable as being based on the SoD 3.2 Eng executable, as it (for some reason) changes the size of the original Heroes code section (as if it were not possible to load another DLL without this).
Solution: create a shortcut to the patched VT.exe in HD3Launcher.exe, and change _HD3_Data\Heroes3.exe in the shortcut's command line to the name of the patched VT.exe (e.g., h3wt.exe) - launch the game from the shortcut. Another option: open the patched VT executable by dragging it onto the launcher executable.
