The names and properties of the skills have been changed. Otherwise, I haven't quite figured it out yet. I think it's roughly like this: for each level, you can learn one spell, or you can enhance the effect of an already learned one. For example, you have access to a second-level fireball. When you gain another level, you can learn, say, a first-level ice arrow, or upgrade the fireball to the fourth level. It's a simple distribution of skills. I think... :D
And according to what principle do I add them (GM approval, from the Inquisitor's book, or just randomly)? What is their effect and strength? Should I describe them myself? But then the GM would have to keep track of all this, and you'll be overwhelmed trying to monitor not only all the posts but also who has the right to use which spells, how many times, and with what effect ! A detailed book (with descriptions of spells, principles of their enhancement, and application) is essential. The only thing I don't think we should do is divide magic into elements or something like that, but we definitely need to divide it by the hero's level. The list shouldn't be too large (no more than 20 in total). If we include transformations, then 25-27, but in general, I would remove them from magic and make them abilities and/or potions.
