Raelag's ability is balanced by the Overlord's ability. Raelag reduces initiative by 1%, while the Overlord increases it by the same amount.

In the first expansion, Raelag's ability is even better. He increases the initiative of his own troops by 1% and reduces the initiative of enemy troops by 1%, so in terms of his ability, he is truly unmatched.

Faidaen has 70? That can't be. There aren't that many throughout the game. I also go through all the buffs and all the maps, and I only get a maximum of 30-35.

And I'm not surprised. Faidaen can be really well-developed if you try. I had around 50 defense, and I didn't use all the possibilities that were available.
