But this is possible. They say that the list of websites that will be blocked on November 1st will be published on the State Duma website, i.e., when the bill comes into force. Thus, we will be able to download a lot of CP, get extensive information about methods of suicide, or obtaining/preparing drugs directly from the website of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. But that's what they say; I didn't understand if it was officially announced. I went to the website, and there is a link "media monitoring," but it doesn't work yet.
So, you can't download CP right now? As for drugs, there's an advertisement with a phone number on the asphalt near every metro station; you don't even need the internet for that.
