You are a lieutenant. You will enter the troops with a certain level of training. It cannot be otherwise, because you will have a hundred motorized infantry soldiers or a dozen tank crews under your command. And all these people must learn to perfectly master a particular type of weapon in just one year. Moreover, it will be new and modern, which is what the Russian troops are currently equipped with. Therefore, you will have to study all the features of modern weapons and military equipment even before your service. There will be no time for this in the military unit – you will have to teach others.
