I would like to add more epicness to the final battle of one of the maps. To do this, include a different melody during the battle. It would be easier to modify one of the arenas that isn't used in the game, but now I can't figure out how to include it.

I don't quite understand what you're talking about either. Creating an arena is simple, and there's also the option to add your own music to it; at least the "Music" line is present, but I haven't checked if it will play the standard music or your own (a little tweaking will make it work as needed). A self-created arena also launches without any particular problems in StartCombat.
