I want a mod that adds the Conflux city to the game. There is already a second Haven city in the game, and it could be replaced with the Conflux.

There is NO second Haven city in the game. Attempts to add an additional city to the game have also not been successful. Somewhere on the internet, there is a mod that replaces the Academy with the Conflux.
