Velikiymod - Баланс Мод

I think that not everyone needs the mod, but that doesn't mean it won't be downloaded.
I'll download the mod when the final version is ready.

1. They won't – because there's nothing to download: the link is already broken.
2. IMHO, the mod will never be ready – due to the passage of time and the absence of the author (pay attention to the dates).
3. I'm interested in balance mods – I can recommend the TE mod by moz (tournament approach, minimal changes) OR the WGE mod by me (fundamentally different balance, not just a fix). However, the latter is still under development.
