The poll should have been open-ended, at least because some people vote for multiple options. For example, if options 2 and 3 are leading, but option 2 has just a few more votes, then we would still have to leave everything as it is because it wouldn't be an absolute majority. But if we knew how each person voted, it might turn out that an absolute majority is actually achieved because some people are happy with two options.
I personally voted for 1 and 3.
