Are map creation requests still being accepted?

The topic should probably be renamed to "suggestions" rather than "requests," because it's likely that map creators will implement unusual suggestions and extraordinary ideas, but pay less attention to the rest.

So, the clearer and more interesting you present your idea, the greater the chance of it being realized. ;)
