Which Might and Magic universe are you referring to?

Based on the poll, the old universe is definitely preferred. It had an original and interesting backstory concept (a science fiction story about a super-civilization), and the plots of most of the games were very well-made. In addition, in terms of visual style and soundtrack, the old Might and Magic and Heroes of Might and Magic series are top-notch. Ashan is not entirely bad, but it looks pale and faded compared to the original universe. Moreover, some elements of the setting are somewhat derivative and fall into the category of clichés. The biggest drawback is that they replaced the excellent old Might and Magic universe with it. The worst game in terms of plot set in Ashan is Heroes V, and the best is Heroes VI.
